Summary: Room not cleaned during the day.

Summary: It was an ok stay. However, it takes them 10 minutes per guest on check in, so some people were waiting for half an hour in a queue. That should be optimized. But the staff was nice. Also, no shower door, which is a bit annoying. It would have been nice to have a bedside table. No AC in the room, just a fan. For the price, I would have expected a bit more.

Summary: A lovely hotel with very big and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to a train station, but quite far from anything else.

Summary: Great value for the money, especially for Zürich. It is slightly far from the tourist areas, but for 1/4th the price of a 4 star hotel, it’s totally worth it. My only complaint was that the room got too hot at night and I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temp, but that’s probably my fault for being an idiot. If you’re looking for an affordable option in Zürich, this is it. Rooms are huge, in great condition, have a nice balcony and the staff is excellent. Thank you The Flag Zürich and I look forward to coming back.
